  • I accidentally placed my order with an incorrect shipping address. What should I do?

RETURN POLICY

After purchasing our product, you have a generous 60-day period to try it out and experience its benefits. We hope that you will join our community of happy customers who share their positive experiences with us.

However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can easily request a refund. Before doing so, we recommend giving the product enough time to work for you.

We suggest using it for at least 3 months to see its effects on your body before making a decision.

If you have decided to proceed with a refund, please follow the instructions provided below.

Step-by-Step Refund Guideline:

  • Step 1: Confirm that you are still within the 60-day period from the day your order was delivered. To find the delivery date, check the tracking number on the carrier's website.

  • Step 2: Email our support team at support@enhancedlabs24.com and express your doubts about the product's benefits. Use "Refund Request" in the subject line for priority.

  • Step 3:

    Include a note with your full name, email, and order ID (optional) for easy processing.

    Once we receive your package with ALL the bottles and the Packing Slip, your refund will be processed promptly within a few days. Please note that return shipping costs are not covered by us.

    Return all bottles, regardless of whether they are empty or not, to the address below.
