The Program allows you to advertise Products on your site and earn advertising fees or commissions for Qualifying Purchases made by your end users. A "Product" refers to any item sold on the Partner Website, except for products explicitly defined as Excluded Products.

This includes certain services listed on the Affiliate Program Commissions Schedule. To support your advertisement of Products, we may provide you with data, images, text, link formats, widgets, links, and other tools and information related to the Program (collectively referred to as "Content").

However, please note that Content does not include any data, images, text, or other information relating to products offered on sites other than the Partner Site.

The Site allows you to post offers, sell, advertise, bid, and shop online. However, there are certain prohibited acts that you must refrain from.

These include:
(a) Using our sites, services, or tools if you are unable to form legally binding contracts, under the age of 18, or temporarily or indefinitely suspended from using our platforms.
(b) Posting items in inappropriate categories or areas on our sites and services.
(c) Collecting personal information about other users without their consent.
(d) Manipulating the price of any item or interfering with other users' listings.
(f) Posting false, inaccurate, misleading, defamatory, or libelous content.
(g) Taking any action that may damage the rating system.

To complete the sign-up process on our site, you need to provide your full legal name, current address, a valid email address, and any other necessary information. You must confirm that you are 18 years or older and take responsibility for keeping your password secure.

Additionally, you are responsible for all activities and content uploaded under your account. It is strictly prohibited to transmit any worms, viruses, or any code that could cause harm.

Enhanced Labs retains the right to cancel or reject orders at its discretion. They are not liable for pricing, typographical, or other errors in any offers, and reserve the right to cancel any orders resulting from such errors.

Invoices must be paid within 15 days from the date of the invoice. For all non-consumer purchases, Enhanced Labs may charge a late penalty fee of 1% per month on undisputed overdue amounts, or the maximum rate allowed by law, whichever is lower.

This late penalty charge will continue to be applied every 30 days thereafter.

All items purchased from our website are made under a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for those items transfer to you when we deliver them to the carrier.

Any dispute, controversy, or difference arising between the parties in relation to this Agreement is irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the US courts, excluding all other courts.

The entire agreement between the parties regarding the subject matter is contained in this agreement, and no other agreement will bind either party.

Your rights cannot be assigned or transferred to anyone else, and any attempt to do so may result in termination of this Agreement without liability to us.

However, we have the right to assign this Agreement to any person at any time without notice.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, it will apply to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the rest of the Terms and Conditions will remain valid and enforceable.

Our privacy policy is an integral part of, and is subject to, these terms and conditions of use.

All content on our website is exclusively owned by us or our content suppliers. We assert full property rights, including intellectual property rights, for this content.
